Chapter 15:

 THE REFERENDUM ON ATOMIC-ENERGY-FOR- PEACE
       

 A country in this world has arranged for referendum on the point of atomic reactors. This is just as to hold referendum on a colour among the blind, or on a display of music among the deaf. The public of this world knows absolutely nothing about the atomic science. This is an instance of mental bankruptcy and helplessness of this Baconian age.

N.B.     The only powerful argument in my hands is the fear of atomic bombs and the atomic radiations.

            Who in this world could have hearkened to a word against this sweet, rational Baconian progress without this bogy of the fear of the atomic hell. Though this world today most deservedly is entitled to the punishment in the atomic hell, yet it is due merely to Allah's mercy that you are still being warned and furnished with most needed guidance. Be grateful and show gratitude if you have left any sense of that quality.
